Here's how to find your subscription plan:
In HBO Max, do one of the following:
Phone, tablet, or computer: Choose your profile and then Subscription.
TV device: Choose the Settings icon
and then Subscription. (Only Adult profiles can manage subscriptions.)
Here you'll find your current base plan and billing period.
Here's how to find who bills you:
Do one of the following:
Web: Go to HBOMax.com/subscription and sign in to your account. Can't sign in?
Phone, tablet, or computer: In HBO Max, choose your profile and then Subscription.
TV device: In HBO Max, choose the Settings icon
and then Subscription.
Here you'll find your current base plan and add-on (if applicable).
You can also check your bank statements or ask your internet, mobile, or TV provider if they bill you for HBO Max.
Here's how to find your next billing date:

and then Subscription.
If your base subscription or add-on are billed through us, you'll find your upcoming payment date.
If you're billed through another provider, find them below:
Other provider: Find your provider in Internet, mobile, and TV providers.
If you added the Sports Add-on to a base subscription, your base subscription and Sports Add-on may have different billing dates. For more info, go to Manage the Sports Add-on.
